Cancellation and absence
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, we would like to point out that no cancellation from a participant will be accepted less than one week before the start of the activity . In addition, in the event of absence or delay preventing participation in a course, it will not be replaced or refunded. Please send an email to info@tournemain.ca for any requests.
In the event of a quick cancellation, you will be reimbursed and the workshop will contact you to this effect.
Exchange
If you are unable to participate, we recommend transferring your activity to another person. Please notify us promptly by email so that we can make the necessary adjustments. A $10 fee per transfer will be applied.
Refund
Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué. Toutefois, le montant de votre paiement sera transféré sans frais sur une carte-cadeau, utilisable pour une activité ultérieure. Pour profiter de cette option, il vous suffit de soumettre votre demande par courriel au moins une semaine avant le début de l'activité.
Mutual commitments
By participating in one of our activities, you are actively involved in the creative process until the final result of the pieces. These will be ready approximately one month after the activity , and you will be informed by email. We will then keep your pieces for a maximum of one month after the notification.
Although we take extra care of your creations, it is important to note that problems may arise during firing, and the workshop cannot be held responsible in the event of breakage.
Health and safety
We want this space to remain pleasant and safe for everyone. Each participant is responsible for respecting the rules of conduct and safety, including keeping their work area clean. Each participant must only use the equipment and raw materials that are authorized for them. Any failure to comply with these rules could result in refusal of access to the workshop.
